Well, we certainly got a lot at today’s Xbox Partner Preview. That being said, one of the announcements that we received was the official launch of Dave the Diver to Xbox!
That’s right! The 2023 title from Mintrocket is now going to be playable via Xbox, effective right now. In the official launch trailer, we see Dave playing the aforementioned Dave the Diver on the ROG Ally. We see what you did there, Xbox. What follows are various snippets of game footage of Dave and his adventures under the sea.
But that’s not all! We also received details around future DLC for Dave the Diver – In The Jungle, which is slated for an early 2026 release.
In this brief preview, we see Dave navigating his way through a village situated in a lush, tropical environment. We’re also treated to some footage of what might be in store for this DLC, including a variety of new underwater denizens to contend with.

Dave the Diver hit the gaming world by storm in 2023, becoming the fifth best-selling product on Steam after a mere two days. The game also saw a total of one million copies sold within the first ten days of release. The game also received a Metascore of 90 on the review aggregator Metacritic, landing it the coveted label of “Universal Acclaim”. Dave the Diver also saw several award nominations, including the 2023 “Best Independent Game” at The Game Awards and “PC Game of the Year” at the Golden Joystick Awards.
