Thinky Direct Announced, Part Of The Cerebral Puzzle Showcase

At the end of last week, we reported on the return of the Cerebral Puzzle Showcase, a week-long event running from May 29th to June 6th, highlighting over 300 video games with announcements, updates, and demonstrations. Today, Thinky Games has announced the first Thinky Direct, which will headline the Cerebral Puzzle Showcase on May 29th.

According to a press release that went out earlier today, the Thinky Direct is“their first ever showcase dedicated to puzzle and problem-solving games” and will feature exciting announcements from studios including Akupara Games, Wholesome Games Presents, and Draknek & Friends, amongst others. The direct will run for approximately one hour, starting at 6 pm BST / 10 am PDT / 1 pm EDT.

“Some of our favorite games in recent years have been the thinkiest – Blue Prince, Lorelei and the Laser Eyes, Golden Idol,” said Thinky Games manager, Joseph Mansfield, “so it’s super exciting to be able to host this event and share some of the most exciting upcoming thinky games with you all.”

An Exclusive Livestream: Join Joseph Mansfield of Thinky Games in a post-showcase livestream for an exclusive look at some of the featured games.

Rachel Watts, the editor at Thinky Games, clearly explains their decision to have the Thinky Direct, saying, “Thinky Direct is our way of celebrating and supporting the thinky community – fans and developers alike. Our goal with this showcase is to spotlight games that might otherwise go overlooked”.

Tune into the Thinky Direct onÂ thinkygames.com, Steam, and other major streaming platforms at 6 pm BST / 10 am PDT / 1 pm EDT on 29th May 2025.
