The Flying Waters area of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 only has 3 collectibles to grab, 2 paint cages and 1 journal. There’s also an outfit to grab if you’d like but I won’t be bothering with those going forward as they don’t serve much purpose.

Paint Cage #1
As soon as you enter Flying Waters you will see a large shipwreck. In behind the shipwreck is the first Paint Cage. In order to open Paint Cages you need to find the 3 locks and shoot them. Doing so will open it and earn you whats inside.

The locks for cage #1 are as follows (you can do them in any order):
Directly to the right of the paint cage.

When looking at the paint cage do a 180 to look at the shipwreck. On what looks like a whale fin will be the second lock.

Finally look all the way to the left of the paint cage and up on the rock face to find the last one.

Paint Cage #2
Location: Coral Cove Rest Point
Continue along the main path from the coral cove rest point. You will eventually get to a section where the path splits. To the right will be a hole in the ground with a bunch of red flowers around it. Jump down in this hole and follow the path to find the paint cage.
After defeating the enemy down here (I’d recommend you do anyway) the first lock will be behind the cage up on the rock face.

The second lock is pretty much directly behind you if you are looking at the paint cage with the rock face infront of you. It will be on a rock closer to the ground.

The third and final lock can be found on one of the giant Mines in the area slightly behind you and to the right.

Journal #1: Expedition 68
Location: Coral Cave
The one and only journal in Flying Waters is just past the hole where we dropped down for the second Paint Cage. If you are down at the paint cage simply head back out of the hole and continue down the main path where you will find the journal. This one is pretty much impossible to miss. If you are using the rest point as a reference, follow the main path and you can’t miss it.
