We’re back as we continue our guide to helping you find all the collectibles in South of Midnight. This specific guide is to help you find all 7 of the collectibles in Chapter 3, A Big Fish. Chapter 3 also has our first health filament, but the game shows it to you and is virtually impossible to miss.
1/7 – The Happiest Day
After you learn the double jump, follow the path a bit. After making a bridge to jump over, you will find the first Readable on the cliff wall. Easy one to spot.
2/7 – The St. Sylvian Bulletin
After meeting Rhubarb at his hut and the cutscene playing out, turn back around and go to the door of his hut. Readable is posted on the wall beside the door.
3/7 – Follow The Lights
If looking at the front of Rhubarb’s hut, you will see a path to the right of it leading to another hut behind his on the water. Down on the dock in front of a boat is this Readable, along with some Floofs.
4/7 – Ain't Wanted Here
Moving on past Rhubarb’s, you will go through a section with expanding thorns amongst some huts. You will jump across the docks to a 2 storey hut. Just inside the door is the Readable on the right.
5/7 – A Gift For Corrine
After clearing the stigma with the bottle for the first time, look to your left to find a hut split in half that you can jump over to. Go between the 2 halves to the back to find the next Readable.
6/7 – Beggin' Your Pardon, Mayor
A fair time after the previous readable, after learning to wall run, you will follow the story into a larger hut right after a walk run. On the table in the kitchen on the main floor is the next Readable.
7/7 – Come One, Come All!
From the previous Readable, head up the stairs and walk all the way around the top level. To the left of a workbench will be the Readable posted on a wooden post.
