Atomfall finally releases this week on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox Game Pass, PC and PlayStation 4/5. The title launches in to early access for Deluxe Edition purchasers today, 24 March 2025 with the full launch on 27 March. Coinciding with the early access launch, we now have the lists of achievements and trophies you'll be able to work towards.
It's not very often now that we see developers get creative with achievement requirements like in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 era, but Rebellion seem to have put some love in to the list. So, what do we have ahead of us, completionists?
Achievements and Trophies
Whilst we're not going to share the list as to avoid spoilers, Xbox gamers can look forward to the usual 1,000G. Whilst on PlayStation there will be:
- 1 platinum trophy
- 6 gold trophies
- 4 silver trophies
- 26 bronze trophies
The achievement/trophy list suggests that several playthroughs may be required and that there may be missables as we're tasked with escaping the quarantine zone with various characters - in a game where you can kill just about anyone you want to. There are the usual collectibles for comics, lunchboxes and audio recordings.
What is Atomfall's most unique achievement/trophy is "˜High Tea' which couldn't be any more stereotypically British. To unlock this one, players must "Consume a Cornish pasty, English tea, and a slice of cake in 30s" - spiffing, if I do say myself, good sir.
There is also a speedrun achievement, "˜Quick Exit', tasking players with escaping the quarantine zone within 5 hours for silver trophy/30G – likely one for a second or third play through! We also have one achievement/trophy task to complete the game without answering the telephone, one you'll want to skip on a first playthrough if you want the games full narrative.
On TrueTrophies, one gamer has already completed Atomfall with a platinum run time of 25 hours. Whether that is an average or optimum run, we will know as more gamers get their hands on the release this week.
