Set in the same world as 2021’s Lost in Random, developed by Zoink (now Thunderful Games), Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is releasing this Summer on PC, PS5, Xbox Series consoles, and Nintendo Switch. The announcement was made with a new trailer which went up today on the official Thunderful Games YouTube channel.
Along with the release window and platforms, there were two other details that were mentioned at the game’s announcement, one of particular interest to Xbox fans. The first is that the demo for Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is available today, the second is that the game will be releasing on Xbox Game Pass!

Originally announced in August last year, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is a new standalone game that switches out the 3rd person action gameplay of the first game for an isometric action roguelite combination that has become a popular genre. Here is the Steam summary to give you an idea of what awaits:
“Take on an ancient evil in Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, a fast-paced action roguelite set in the whimsical world of Random. Play as Queen Aleksandra and her die-companion Fortune as you battle twisted foes, wield powerful relics and abilities, and roll the dice to escape this nightmarish realm.”

As a big fan of the original game, I am very excited to revisit this weird and wonderful world, and welcome the change up in gameplay. If you want to know more about Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, be sure to check back here for any future updates.
