Move over, Dorothy – Yellow Brick Games (founded "Brick by Brick" in 2020) will be debuting their new release of Eternal Strands this coming year in 2025.

The recently released trailer from Yellow Brick Games presents the story of Brynn, a warrior, and her companions on the journey to search for the secrets of a long-lost civilization, known only as The Enclave (no, not from Fallout). Players will complete this journey alongside such familiar voices as Amelia Tyler (known for appearances in Amnesia: Rebirth, Baldur's Gate III, and Hades 2).

This action-adventure game will allow the player to manipulate the elements and temperatures of the world around them, with a twist that using such powers too frequently can change the very climate of the region. Regional bosses that roam the world freely will challenge the player to use Brynn's powers effectively, with success opening up new magical abilities that can be used for continued combat and exploration of the world.

In a compelling development, Yellow Brick Games has teamed up with Square Enix's Creative Studio III (best known for such titles as Final Fantasy XIV Online and Final Fantasy XVI) in the design of post-launch original content of this game. This post-launch update, available for free, will showcase a new Epic creature, weapons, and armor set designed with Yusuke Mogi, Creative Studio III's Lead Artist.

Eternal Strands will also be providing further expanded localization support, offering interface and subtitling in both German and Korean, bringing to the total supported languages of this game to seven.
Eternal Strands will be available January 28th, 2025 on Steam, Epic Games Store, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass at launch.
