The announcements are coming fast and furious now from Gamescom as today Thunderful Games announced a follow up to Lost In Random, with Lost In Random: The Eternal Die set to release in 2025 and coming day 1 to Xbox Game Pass.
While The Eternal Die is a sequel to Lost In Random it appears to be a completely different style of game. Moving away from a traditional action-adventure game, Thunderful describes The Eternal Die as an “action-packed, rogue-lite adventure in the world of Random.”
You play as Aleksandra, Queen of Random, who is now power-less and has found herself trapped in the nightmare realm of the Eternal Die with her die-companion Fortune. With your trusty sidekick you will "gamble with fate on an epic adventure of revenge, redemption, and revelations in the whimsical realms of Random.”

In order to escape from the Eternal Die you will fight your way through randomly generated realms, collecting and matching Relics which will help you regain your powers as you progress. According to Thunderful there are "hundreds of combinations of instant effects, chaotic synergies, and powerful bonuses that heavily impact various play-styles, making each attempt at victory feel like a fresh opportunity.”
You can now add Lost In Random The Eternal Die to the long list of 2025 releases to keep an eye on. It will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X (day 1 on Game Pass), Nintendo Switch and PC.
