Halo Infinite is set to receive a new set of operations next week titled Operation FleetCom and the biggest piece of news from the update is the return of a fan favourite Halo 3 game mode.
Operation FleetCom is set to release next Tuesday July 30th and will feature many quality of life updates as well as the return of the VIP game mode that was first introduced in Halo 3.
As per the Halo Infinite steam page 343 describes the VIP mode as:
"If your VIP dies, the next player on your team to die takes up the mantle and becomes the team VIP when they respawn. You will be identifiable to the other team by virtue of effects (similar to Infection) and a nav marker above your head (so no, you cannot become the VIP and then hide the whole match to save your points!)."

Also as part of the VIP mode bring apart of the main game it will also be added into the Forge and Custom game modes allowing fans to create some epic experiences with the mode.
Also as part of FleetCom another fan favourite mode, Headhunter will return. However unlike the VIP mode Headhunter will not be available on the 30th. Instead it will be coming at a later date with more details coming closer to the release of the mode.
While you have to wait another week for Operation FleetCom to arrive you can check out the teaser trailer below.
